Aloe Vera Jel (250 ml)

I have purchased products from oval Cosmetics multiple times (this is my 3rd or 4th order), and while I am satisfied with the quality, I am quite disappointed with the weight issues.

For example, I ordered the Aloe Vera Gel which was labeled as 250g, but when I weighed it (including the bottle), it did not even reach 250g — it was closer to 200g or even less. Similarly, the wax product mentioned as 200g weighed only around 170g.

I understand that packaging has its own weight, but the net weight should match what is advertised. This creates confusion and disappointment as a customer. If the correct weight was clearly mentioned, I would not feel misled and could make a fair comparison with other brands that may even offer better pricing.

Overall, the product quality is good, but the inaccurate net weight is disheartening and needs to be addressed.
